All Gamechanger shooting heads are 23’ in length except those 575 Grains and higher are 24’. We mostly use the Float/1 IPS/2 IPS/3 IPS head here on the Rogue, as the dam controls the flows during the winter and we don’t need to get deeper then 5 or so feet in most of our best spey runs. On the Umpquas we mostly use the Float/2 IPS/3 IPS/5 IPS version so we can get deeper, as well as just getting a fly down to 5 feet when the water is at 4000+ cfs takes heavier sink lines/tips.
